Yes they smell the same, but it lasts longer and projects stronger. 12 hours+ on my skin. Eros .Ultra Male by Jean Paul Gaultier is more light and fresh as it combines the tangy nuance of bergamot and lemon with lavender’s herbal tone and sweet, aquatic pear. On the contrary, in Versace Eros, I got the sweet, delicate smell of green apple which further tunes with the spicy undertone of mint and the sour, cheerful ambiance of lemon. Ultra Male features a sugary vanilla and pear combination, that is reminiscent of the original Le Male, but heightened and more refined.
